The purpose of our Complaint Handling Procedure is to:

– Ensure that complaints made by clients, customers, consumers and colleagues are correctly identified and escalated where required to the Licensee in Charge and management team;

– Ensure that best practice methods are consistently and effectively applied and that all team members understand and comply with C J Hills Real Estate’s expectations in the performance of their duties; and

– Ensure C J Hills Real Estate adheres to applicable State and Federal legislation and Industry Codes of Conduct.
